Relationship Patterns & Attachment Styles
Understand the roots of your relationship patterns and attachment style, heal past experiences, and step into love with greater confidence, self-worth, and emotional security.
Better Relationships Start with You
If you keep finding yourself in the same painful dynamics—overthinking, pulling away, getting ‘the ick’, or feeling anxious in love—it’s likely rooted in your attachment style and emotional patterns.
These responses are often shaped by past experiences and self-protective behaviours that once helped you cope—but may now be holding you back.
You Might Recognise Yourself In These Patterns:
Overthinking your partner’s words or actions
Getting the ‘ick’ suddenly and pulling away
Feeling anxious, on edge, or waiting for the other shoe to drop
Struggling to stay emotionally close—even when you want connection
Repeating unhealthy relationship cycles: always a “push and pull”
Avoiding conflict or going emotionally cold or numb
Second-guessing yourself or feeling “too much”
Unsure whether to stay, leave, or open up
How I can help:
I’ll help you untangle the emotions, patterns, and past hurts that are showing up in your relationships—so you can understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your responses, uncover what you need to feel safe and connected, and develop practical tools you can use in real time—whether it’s navigating conflict, managing anxious thoughts, or expressing your needs with confidence.
Through this work, you’ll:
Understand your attachment style and emotional patterns
Break free from behaviours that no longer serve you
Heal from past experiences that shaped your reactions
Build self-worth, emotional security, and better boundaries
Learn how to communicate needs clearly and feel more confident in relationships
This Is for You If You're:
Constantly overthinking in relationships and struggling to feel secure
Anxious or avoidant in love—craving connection but pulling away
Repeating the same patterns, even when you want something different
Questioning whether to stay, leave, or why you feel so unsure
Feeling confused by attraction shifts—getting “the ick” or suddenly withdrawing
Dating but losing confidence after rejection or emotional highs/lows
Wanting to heal old wounds, grow your self-worth, and build healthier bonds
Whatever your situation, you're not broken or “too much”—you’re human, and you’re navigating things that many of us were never taught how to handle. Coaching can help you do things differently.

Together, we’ll untangle deep-rooted challenges and personal barriers while making meaningful, positive changes to your life. This includes exploring where your barriers stem from, finding ways to heal, and focusing on actionable steps you can take in the here and now.
Every session is tailored to you, blending tools and strategies that support your overall well-being and growth
Holistic and Practical: My approach is fluid and flexible, ensuring we adapt as your needs and priorities evolve while addressing the personal, relational, and practical aspects of your life. Each session is designed to address both the immediate challenges you’re facing and the deeper patterns impacting your overall well-being.
Session Format: 50-minute appointments, available weekly or fortnightly to suit your schedule. In-person in Brighton and Hove or online.
Between-Session Support: I take time after each session to create thoughtful notes and practical reflections tailored to you. These help you stay focused, integrate our work into everyday life, and keep your progress steady between sessions.
My Approach to Pricing: I care about making coaching genuinely accessible without compromising quality. My pricing reflects the depth and preparation that goes into each session — from the personalised between-session support to the careful thought given to your progress. I hold a limited number of lower-cost, off-peak spaces for those with flexible schedules, so that support remains available while still honouring the value of the work:
First Session: £50 (a great way to get a feel for coaching).
Subsequent Sessions: £90 in-person or £80 online (pay-as-you-go). Packages available.
I also hold a small number of weekday daytime spaces (10–3) for online 1:1 sessions only, offered at £50 per session or a 4-session package for £180. These are limited and designed to make coaching more accessible for those on lower incomes or with flexible schedules..
My aim is to help you overcome your concerns and achieve your goals in as few sessions as possible.
