Hi, I'm Nicole
I'm an Accredited Relationship Coach, and I've always been fascinated by what shapes the way we think, feel and relate to one another.
Helping people make sense of themselves and their relationships is where our work begins. Together, we'll build on that understanding to create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach
The way we think, feel and respond in relationships is shaped by our experiences, beliefs, emotions and patterns β often without us consciously realising it.
Sometimes understanding where those patterns come from is useful. Not because we need to dwell on the past, but because greater awareness can help us understand what's happening in the present and begin to respond differently.
But understanding is only part of the work.
Our sessions also pay attention to what happens emotionally and physically β the feelings that get activated, the signals your body gives you, and what happens when you feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected or triggered.
Where helpful, I'll introduce simple mind-body and emotional regulation techniques to help you slow things down, feel more grounded and create enough space to choose how you want to respond rather than automatically falling into familiar patterns.
Helping you create healthier relationships and a future that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters most.
My approach combines reflection with practical change. We'll make sense of what's happening, explore different perspectives and work out what you need moving forward.
I'll gently challenge you where it's useful and help you develop practical strategies, new ways of relating and changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
I'll also usually send a short follow-up email with key reflections and optional prompts or exercises to help you build on the work between sessions.
A little about me
Originally from Australia, I now call the vibrant city of Brighton home.
I've always been curious about people and relationships, and that curiosity continues to shape both my work and my ongoing learning.
Like many people, my interest in relationships isn't purely professional. Becoming a mother and navigating divorce gave me a deeper appreciation of just how rewarding, complicated and deeply personal relationships can be.
Those experiences don't define my coaching, but they have reinforced my belief that everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood and supported.
Outside of coaching you'll usually find me by the sea, exploring nature, enjoying Brighton's music and arts scene, practising yoga, or spending time with family and friends.
