Couples Coaching in Brighton, UK & Online
When relationships feel hard, it's easy to lose sight of each other
Helping you communicate more openly, rebuild trust, reconnect and find a healthier way forward together.
Whether you're feeling disconnected, caught in the same arguments or questioning the future of your relationship, couples coaching offers a supportive space to make sense of what's happening and find a way forward together.
Many couples come to me believing they're arguing about communication, intimacy or everyday frustrations. Whilst those conversations matter, they're often pointing towards something deeper, such as feeling unheard, unsupported, disconnected or misunderstood..
That's where our work begins.
Does This Sound Familiar?
Perhaps you...
Keep having the same arguments without ever really resolving them.
Feel unheard, misunderstood or emotionally disconnected.
Struggle to communicate without conversations ending in conflict.
Feel more like housemates than partners.
Have lost trust or emotional intimacy.
Find yourselves drifting further apart despite still caring deeply about one another.
Feel stuck in the same relationship patterns.
Want to improve your relationship but don't know where to begin.
If some of these feel familiar, it may be time to look at what's happening between you and find a different way forward.
A thoughtful, therapeutic approach to couples coaching that helps you understand what's happening between you, reconnect and create meaningful, lasting change
Couples coaching isn't about deciding who's right or wrong. I create a calm and balanced space where both of you can feel heard, while helping you look beyond the immediate arguments to understand what's happening underneath them.
Together, we'll explore the patterns you've become caught in, what each of you may be feeling or needing beneath your reactions, and the experiences that have shaped the way you respond to one another.
Together, we might work on:
Improving communication and reducing recurring conflict.
Rebuilding trust after betrayal, dishonesty or relationship difficulties.
Strengthening emotional and physical connection.
Changing patterns that keep you stuck in the same cycle.
Navigating differences in needs, expectations or communication styles.
Reconnecting as partners after periods of distance or significant life changes.
Alongside this deeper work, we'll develop practical ways to communicate differently, repair after difficult moments and create changes that feel realistic for both of you.
“
Nicole helped us greatly to remember why we wanted to remain as a couple but also how to communicate wants, needs and issues without it ending up in a shouting match.
— S Martin, Brighton
“
Nicole has been instrumental in helping me and my partner find ways to communicate effectively, appreciate each other again and reach compromises that neither of us thought were possible
— Alice G, Chichester
“
I can’t recommend Nicole more highly as a couples coach. She helped guide us through difficult conversations, and we found it so much easier to navigate things and make progress with her .
— Craig, Hove
Find your way back to each other
Even when a relationship has become difficult, small changes in how you communicate, respond and connect can begin to shift what happens between you.
Difficult patterns don't have to define your relationship
Relationships can become shaped by familiar cycles of conflict, distance, misunderstanding or hurt. Over time, it can become difficult to see the person you love beneath everything that's happened between you.
Changing the way you respond to one another can create space for something different: better communication, greater emotional safety and the possibility of feeling connected again.
Not sure where to start?
You don't need to know exactly what kind of support you need. If you have a question about coaching, your situation, or whether I might be the right person to help, you're very welcome to get in touch.

“A great relationship doesn’t happen because of the love you had in the beginning, but how well you continue building love until the end.”
