Break-up & Divorce Coaching
Supportive, practical guidance to help you heal after heartbreak and start your next chapter with clarity and confidence.
“Separating can be one of life’s most stressful events, but it can also be a liberating experience - an opportunity to create a new chapter that you're excited to live by”
Heal, rebuild, and move forward after heartbreak—with clarity, strength, and support.
Break-ups can shake everything—your identity, your sense of security, your plans for the future. Whether you’re navigating a fresh heartbreak or still carrying pain from a past relationship, this space is here to help you make sense of what’s happened, reclaim your self-worth, and reset with intention.
As someone who has been through divorce myself, I understand how overwhelming and disorienting it can be when your relationship ends—especially when it feels like the life you imagined is slipping away. It’s not just the loss of the person—it’s the guilt, uncertainty, unmet expectations, and deep sadness that can come with letting go of what you hoped the relationship would be
That’s why the right support makes all the difference. Having someone to help you process what happened, untangle confusing emotions, and guide you gently towards your next chapter can be incredibly grounding and empowering.
This is for you if you're:
Struggling to process a recent break-up or divorce
Feeling stuck in grief, confusion, or anger
Wanting to understand what went wrong in your relationship
Battling low self-worth or identity loss after a separation
Unsure how to move forward or open yourself to new possibilities
Still mentally or emotionally caught up in a past relationship
Whether your relationship ended recently or some time ago, this work can help you move from feeling lost or stuck to empowered and emotionally grounded.
I’ll guide you through 3 important stages
1.
Processing the Break-up & Coping
Space to discuss what happened, explore and manage your emotions, and gain clarity. This stage focuses on releasing confusion, anger, sadness or guilt so you're not carrying them forward.
2.
Rebuilding Self-Worth & Identity
Reconnect with who you are outside the relationship. You'll begin to rebuild confidence, self-esteem and emotional strength, letting go of stories that no longer serve you.
3.
Looking Ahead
Whether you’re preparing to date again or simply want to feel more secure in yourself, this phase is about creating a vision for your future, grounded in self-trust, emotional clarity, and aligned values.

I take a thoughtful, therapeutic approach to coaching, creating a calm and supportive space to better understand yourself, whilst helping you develop practical ways to move forward
Every coaching journey is tailored to you because no two people, relationships or dating experiences are ever the same.
I combine reflective exploration with practical strategies, creating a supportive space where we can make sense of what's been happening, understand the patterns that may be influencing your dating life, and get clear on what you want moving forward.
Alongside that understanding, we'll develop practical ways to help you date differently. I'll gently challenge you where it's helpful, offer fresh perspectives, and support you in becoming more intentional in how you think, feel and respond as relationships develop.
You'll leave sessions not only with greater clarity and self-awareness, but with practical ideas and strategies you can begin applying straight away.
To support your progress between sessions, I'll usually send a short follow-up email with reflections, key points and, where appropriate, a few simple prompts or exercises. They're always optional and designed to help you continue building confidence and making meaningful progress between sessions.
